This is the kind of alternative way to get to Machupicchu, combining biking ( down hill) and hiking True old inca trails.
First we take a bus from Cusco towards Santa Maria ( close to Quillabamba, the cusco Jungle) and from here we go through the Jungle towards Santa teresa, (small village before Aguas Caientes) to finally reach the town of Aguas Calientes, and from here will go towards Machupicchu it self.
