Rervations.

• We offer you different options in all Peru, from conventional to Adventure tours.

• The confirmation for the tour requested will be send by e mail including itinerary or information tips.

Booking and Payment.

• we require 50% deposit of the total cost of the Trip at the time that you confirm the trip.

Final Payment.

• have to be done 30 days prior to the trip departure date.

Cancellation and Refunds.

• any cancellation have to be done written to our office.

• Cancellation up to 30 days prior departure . All except the noon refundable deposit will be return.

• Cancellation from 30 to 15 days prior departure; 50% of the total cost of the trip will be charge.

• Cancellations from 15 to 01 days prior departure 100% of the cost of the trip will be charge.

*The noon refundable services are the costs that have been arrange all ready like Airline tickets, bus tickets, train tickets, or other types of pre arrange services.

*There will not be refund for portions of the tour packages not used due to the passenger decision.

Rates.

• Are listed in American Dollars.

• The rates are per person unless we specified a different option.

• The prices are subject of change without Previous notice.

Insurance

We recommended to have your own travel insurance that can cover: Accidents, trip cancellations, emergency evacuation; from any travel agency.

Additional Notes.

• Itineraries and trips may be alter doe weather, trains or flight delays, sicknesses or other circumstances beyond our control.

• It is vital that any medical problems are communicated to us before the trip departure.

• Adventure Holidays Peru doesn’t take responsibility for accidents illnesses, destroy luggage, Cancellations of transports, natural disasters or anything else out of our control
